At Better U Market, we want your healthy goodies to reach you safely, quickly, and with care — just like if you picked them up in person. That’s why we keep our shipping process simple, clear, and made just for our Canadian community.

Where We Ship

Right now, we proudly ship within Canada only. From coast to coast, if you’re in Canada, we can get your order to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, we get to work right away.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

We always do our best to move things quickly, but during busy times (like holidays or special promotions), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on:

  • The size and weight of your order

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on where you live in Canada, but most orders arrive within:

Local Pickup

If you’re close by, you can choose free in-store pickup at Better U Market in Qualicum Beach. We love seeing you in person!
